Appointment requests
Submitting the appointment form is a request, not a confirmed booking. An appointment exists only once a member of our staff has confirmed it with you directly. We aim to respond within one working day but cannot guarantee availability on any particular date.
The form is not monitored continuously and must never be used to communicate an urgent clinical problem. In an emergency, dial 1122 or attend your nearest emergency department.
Please give accurate information when requesting an appointment. If you cannot attend, please tell us as early as you can so the slot can go to another patient. Our cancellation terms are confirmed with you when your appointment is booked.
Fees
Fees quoted on this site or by telephone are indicative. Your actual costs are confirmed in writing after your assessment and may change if the clinical plan changes at review. Payment terms and accepted methods are set out at the clinic.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, branding, illustrations and motion graphics on this site are owned by Activa Pain Center or licensed to us. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal or clinical reference. You may not republish, sell or reproduce substantial portions commercially without written permission.
Photography on this site is stock imagery used under licence and does not depict actual Activa patients or staff unless explicitly captioned as such.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
- Do not submit false information, malicious code, or another person's details without their authority
- Do not use automated systems to scrape or overload the site
Third-party links and services
This site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and loads fonts and JavaScript libraries from third-party content delivery networks. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, from any interruption to the site, or from the acts of third-party services linked from it.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability arising from the provision of clinical care.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
