Treated by specialists, not technicians
Every Activa protocol is prescribed and supervised by a consultant. Acoustic sessions, interventional procedures and rehabilitation blocks are reviewed jointly, so your plan is adjusted by the same team that assessed you rather than passed between departments.

The disciplines behind your plan
Three disciplines sit behind every treatment plan at Activa. Individual consultant profiles, including registration numbers and clinic hours, are published here once verified.
- Interventional pain medicine
Image-guided intervention: transforaminal epidurals, selective nerve root blocks, medial branch blocks and radiofrequency ablation. Responsible for case selection, which in practice means deciding which patients should not have a procedure.
- Neurology and stroke medicine
Post-stroke and peripheral neuropathy pathways: motor deficit assessment, spasticity management, nerve conduction interpretation, and the neurological screening that determines when a spinal patient needs surgical referral rather than conservative care.
- Physical therapy and DNS
Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, gait retraining and progressive loading, plus the 30/60/90-day functional review schedule that keeps structural correction from regressing once pain settles.
Want to know who you will be seeing?
Call the clinic and our coordinators will tell you which consultant handles your condition, their qualifications and registration, and when they hold clinic at each location.
One team, one plan, one set of notes
The common failure in multi-disciplinary care is that nobody owns the plan. A patient sees a physician, then a therapist, then a technician, and each works from a different understanding of what is wrong.
At Activa the diagnostic findings, treatment response and functional measures sit in one record, reviewed together. If your walking distance has not improved by week four, the physician and the therapist discuss why and change the plan, rather than each continuing their own part of it.
